These curtain brackets are pretty nice. I have always found it annoying to tighten the screws with curtain rod brackets because of the rod holder portion being RIGHT in front of the screws that will go into the wall. This specific set of brackets are two pieces to allow you to take apart one portion to put into the wall, and then attach the other portion after. This was the only reason I bought them. I also like that you can adjust how far the rods sit from the wall.
I am not a huge fan of the flower shaped screws in the front that tighten the rod into place, which is why I rated it 4/5. They just seem very flimsy and don’t look super great in my honest opinion. However, I do recommend these brackets nonetheless.
We have a large strong dog that pulls on our living room drapes every time anyone pulls up at our house. This caused our curtain rod to sag in the middle. The bracket we originally had in place had bent from the dog pulling so hard on the curtain. I bought these brackets and am happy to report that our curtain rod is not sagging in the middle and our dog hasn't been able to cause this bracket to bend. Thank you for selling a quality product at such a good price! I am a very satisfied customer.
I’m not design conscious so when it comes to putting up some curtains on my enclosed porch I wanted to avoid buying rods. We have some long runs so rods were expensive so the solution was to use some 1-inch EMT thin wall electrical pipe I had left over from making some frames for the gardens to hold shade netting. I cleaned the pipe off with some steel wool, painted the sections and they fit snug into these holders. I had one very long run so I added two sections of pipe together with some connectors and it works fine and even looks pretty good.
I liked it because it was so easy to hang curtains. Without it I would never think of hinging curtains in my apartment,
Ordered ones set. Came in a decent time period. Liked material and quality. Easy to install and hang curtains.
