Refund policy

Every single request is honored on case by case basis. If you would like to return the product, please contact us with in 7 days from the delivery date. We would love to resolve the issue please go through the written return policy.

Customer claim

Customer can make return of the product (s) within 7 days of the delivery . No return will be allowed after the 7th day of delivery date . After 7 days we will consider product has been used . Unfortunately we dont return used products due to COVD-19 strict policies . Please also note we dont accept returns without original packing and signs of damages or use. If we get return with signs of use , damage packing or damages product we may cancel return and no refund will be given. But for minor packaging damages there will be 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. 

Customer will ship the product in an original condition and should be delivered to the warehouse address

Customers will have to bare shipping return charges .

Customer will be expected to receive refund within 7-10 business days after receiving of product with return valid tracking number. Your credit will be returned to the same payment method or bank card. Customer will be notifying with an email once the return process begins.

Product warranty:

A warranty given by the manufacturer is totally based on the product quality and manufacturing. Other than this “limited warranty” there will be no warranties are implied to return the product if it gets damage during regular customer usage.

Changing or canceling your order:

If you want to change the shipping address after ordering the product(s) please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse the shipment once the order has been shipped out. Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address to avoid any problem.
